Todos los seres humanos nacen libres e iguales en dignidad y derechos,sin distinción alguna de raza, color, sexo,idioma, religión y opinión política,tienen derecho a la seguridad de su persona,nadie será sometido a torturas, nadie podrá ser arbitrariamente detenido,todos tendrán derecho a salir y a regresar a su país,a la libertad de opinión,a la educación y a un nivel de vida adecuado,y ninguna persona, ni ningún estado, podrá violar nunca alguno de estos derechos.


Voice-over translation:

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, everyone has the right to security of person.
No one shall be subjected to torture, no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country, everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.
Everyone has the right to education and to a standard of living adequate.
And no person or State has any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
