EOS Magazine - Talking Tree

Did you ever wonder what a tree would have to say if he could talk?
To create a discussion around climate change, EOS Magazine & the agency Happiness are monitoring a 100 year old tree living in Brussels' Bois de la Cambre park, using devices such as a CO2 meter, pH meter, ozone meter, weatherstation, webcam and microphone.
This equipment constantly measures the tree’s living circumstances. And translates this information into human language so that the tree is able to let the world know how he feels via words on Facebook and twitter, videos on YouTube, sounds on Soundcloud and pictures on Flickr.

In May 29th 2006, a volcanic mud eruption occurred in Porong, Sidoarjo, East Java, sinking over 10,000 houses and public facilities. Four years after the disaster, the mud-flow victims are still in limbo.
In order to help the victims of Sidoarjo mud-flow to build their life back and remind the President of their fates through a peaceful approach, the agency created this art installation that seemingly transported the current condicion of Sidoarjo directly in front of the presidential palace.
